To maximize the life-saving impact of nurses, they must be empowered with full scope of nursing practice, safe and fair working conditions, and the authority to influence healthcare policy at the institutional and national levels.

True empowerment also means eliminating the barriers that prevent nurses from using their full knowledge and skills, and from creating pathways for their voices to shape the future of healthcare. These show the potential nurses hold to save lives by making health care safe, effective, and accessible to all.

This eight-hour conference serves as a platform for nurses in all levels across different settings to affirm how nursing autonomy leads to patient safety and lower mortality rates; how digital empowerment contribute to efficiency and accuracy, how workforce resilience result to improved retention; and how involvement in policy development and advocacy lead to sustainable healthcare systems.
